The first version of the Kobo integration is now in production, which means that it can initially be available to our customers. They are working on completing their integration with Maskinporten, and this must be in place before we can release the first pilot customers on the integration. We will keep you updated!

• Create Custom Letter (beta) now only shows active tenancies.
• IK-Building:

• Several users have experienced issues with the "all" checkbox in Rentals (invoicing) not working. The bug has now been fixed.

DV :

• Fixed a bug that prevented you from archiving multiple work orders at a time
• Routines, fire routines and work orders are now automatically archived if the building is deactivated
• When routines are copied, the person who copies now remains the issuer. Previously, the person who originally created the routine was the issuer.

Checklists :

• Updated overview of submitted checklists. The ID number on the checklist is now clickable, and will lead to the checklist. The column for object shows which object (e.g. building), and this is also now clickable and will lead to the routine the checklist belongs to.

Miscellaneous :

Removed the ability to deactivate under “Edit building”. The same applies when going to “Edit” via “Property Structure”. Buildings must now be deactivated via the hamburger menu at Admin > Buildings > Overview

• Fixed bug that caused green marking around questions in work order checklist not to be displayed on app

• The setting for automatic creation of invoice basis option is now automatically checked (will not change for existing customers if they have already set this)
• Adjustment percentage when adjusting rental properties: was not accurate enough with two decimal places in the adjustment percentage. We have updated the solution to be similar to the one we use when adjusting rental properties
• Fixed bug that caused the organization tenant not to be included as a signing party when the lease is to be signed electronically
