• Kobo integration has been launched in the first version (initially for internal testing):

The first version of the Kobo integration is now in production, which means that it can initially be available to our customers. However, we have just received feedback from Kobo that they are not yet completely ready on their side. They are working on completing their integration with Maskinporten, and this must be in place before we can release the first pilot customers on the integration. We will keep you updated!

• Private rental:
  • Fixed a bug that made the rental property condition assessment page look very strange

Rental:

• When you use Letter Template Beta, the letter will automatically be saved in the document archive for the current tenancy.
• If you check the box for logging in the settings, the letter will also be registered in the tenancy log.
• Rental credit notes now include the correct minus sign in the flat file.
• The rental conditions now show the correct rental price.

Checklists:

• When completing a routine via a checklist, you can now choose whether the deadline should be set to the previous or upcoming period.

• Improved non-conformance solution! It is now possible to customize checklist templates so that work orders are automatically created when non-conformances are registered. Read more here .
  • Automatically created work orders from checklists have also received their own metric in the insights module: "Variations from checklists"
• Submitted checklists can now be automatically placed in the document archive of the object they are submitted to (the building, rental property, floor, etc.)! Added the ability to transfer custom fields on work orders when invoicing in the DV module. This is managed in the DV module > Settings > Custom fields

Rental :

• Fixed a bug that meant that admins could no longer manage access to rental objects they did not have access to themselves. Admins can now control all access for other users, regardless of whether they have access to the object themselves
• In the Excel report of tenants, it is now possible to filter between active/inactive tenants
• ID numbers are now included in reports on tenants, rental properties and tenancies.

IK building :

• Fixed a bug that caused recorded costs to deviate from the total amount for the building

DV :

• MittBygg: Better error message that users see if they don't have access to any buildings
• Fixed bug that made PDF of routines that have been copied, showing the building that the routine was originally copied from
• Work order overview: fixed standard sorting, so that the newest cases come at the top of the table. Previously, the oldest were at the top

Rental :

• Fixed so that additions to a tenancy that take into account any % of the rent were displayed with the full price on the tenancy overview, even though a discount had been entered. When invoicing, the correct amount was invoiced, this was only cosmetic.

Miscellaneous :

• Various bug fixes
• Checklists: fixed an error in the overview of submitted checklists in a work order/routine, where the table sorted by only the first two numbers in the date. Now it sorts by the entire date, so that sorting by newest/oldest works as it should
• Document archive: fixed bug that caused image cropping to behave strangely

Rental :

• Fixed a bug with the filtering between index and current price when Price regulation of tenancies. An error caused the table to sometimes hang on the wrong regulation type.

Cleaning :

• Fixed a bug that caused the room list update in the cleaning module to fail. This means that it is now possible to export the room list from the system, make the desired changes in the excel file, and then import it again (the room ID number must remain unchanged in column A).

• Support for creating subtasks has now been added to the app.
• We have separated temporary and saved checklists
• In the performer list, names are filtered by roles
• The camera has been updated, and if you hold down on a photo you can add arrows.

Internal control :

• IK-bygg has now been revised. Read more here .

Miscellaneous :

• New KPI in Insight under “Operation and maintenance”: “New work orders in MittBygg”.
• Document archive: fixed a bug that made building types not searchable, and that not all buildings appeared in the drop-down menu. Alphabetical sorting still needs to be fixed. This will come in the next update of the system (about two weeks).

MyBuild :

• Fixed bug that allowed users to report errors on deactivated buildings

Cleaning :

• Fixed a bug that caused several cleaners to experience a white screen when logging into the app. The problem primarily affected those who had a lot of data on their site (many assigned rooms)
• Added "select all" checkbox in the room list overview (Setup > Building overview)

• Updated overview of submitted checklists. The ID number on the checklist is now clickable, and will lead to the checklist. The column for object shows which object (e.g. building), and this is also now clickable and will lead to the routine the checklist belongs to.

Removed the ability to deactivate under “Edit building”. The same applies when going to “Edit” via “Property Structure”. Buildings must now be deactivated via the hamburger menu at Admin > Buildings > Overview
