The import template can be downloaded here .

In the rental module, go to the main menu on the left and click on "Tenants". Here you can choose whether you want to manage private individuals, organizations, or contact persons. In order to create a rental relationship, both the tenant and the rental object must first be created.

Create a private person

Go to "Tenants" and "Private persons" in the main menu on the left. This will take you to an overview of all private tenants in your area, regardless of their tenancy status. Click "Create tenant" at the top right of the page.

Information you fill in for the tenant will be included on the invoice basis. If you enter an address here, it overrides the address on the lease. This can be used if the invoice is to be sent to a location other than the rental property.
Letter templates are sent to the address for the tenancy anyway.

  • Customer number
  • Company name: Will be included on invoice basis
  • Email: If the tenant does not have an email, the system will automatically fill in one as the field is required.
  • Mobile phone : Can be filled in with a fictitious number if mobile number is not available
  • Personal identification number: If you are going to use LAFT with an accounting system, your personal identification number must be filled in (possibly a D-number).
  • Address (street/road), Postal code and City: If you fill in the tenant's address, invoices will be sent to that address.
  • Reference (contact information): Included on invoice basis when transferred to financial system
  • External reference: This field can be used for those who will be using LAFT with Agresso/Unit4
  • Social security deductions: Used to log which tenants have social security deductions. Not included on the invoice basis.

Press "Create". The tenant is now saved and ready to use.

Create an organization

Go to "Tenants" and "Organizations" in the main menu on the left. This will take you to an overview of all organizations in your area, regardless of the status of the tenancy. Click "Create organization" at the top right of the page.

Address is the one that will be included on the invoice basis. External reference and VAT code are relevant if you use the integration we have with the various financial systems:
