If your municipality or organization subscribes to both operation and maintenance and rental in LAFT, you can send orders for rental objects directly to operations. For example, notices about moving out and necessary maintenance.

First, find the rental property you are going to send an order for. This can be with or without a lease. You can find the rental property either via “Lease conditions”, “Available rental properties”, or “Rental properties” in the menu. Make sure you are in the “Overview” tab.

Click on the gear on the right and "Orders".

Here you can create a new order, see previous orders you have made for this rental property, or all orders made for the rental property (by colleagues, for example). You can check the box to indicate that you want to receive updates on the matter.

If you want to automatically include information about the tenant in the order, you must first check the box to allow the order to contain sensitive information.

When you create the order, it will end up in the Inbox in the Operation and Maintenance module, in the “Rental” tab. Here, the administrator or manager can assign, set a deadline, etc., so that it can then be carried out/completed.
