Get an overview of tasks in LAFT
In this article, we show how you can navigate to various issues in LAFT, including work orders, routines and fire procedures, whether they are assigned to you or to colleagues.

The work order overview is the best page to use if you need to navigate to different cases in LAFT, both work orders (single tasks) and routines (repeating tasks). Here you can use different filtering methods, including an advanced search, to build a filter that will show exactly what you are looking for. Make sure that the filter is reset before you filter. There is a separate button for this under “Advanced search”. Often the system can remember the last filter you used.

How do I find cases assigned to me?Switch to the “Assigned to me” tab. The table at the bottom of the page will update to only show cases where you are listed as the performer (either alone or with others). |
How to find tasks where the deadline has passed?First you need to decide if it is one or more objects you want to check this, or if you want to check all objects in your portfolio. If you want to narrow the search to show all tasks on two specific buildings, in the “Type” filter, select “Buildings” > Check the buildings you want to include in the filter: To then filter for tasks where the deadline has passed on these two builds, click Advanced Search > Deadline tab > Check “Only show work orders over deadline”. ![]() |
How do I find fire procedures due this week in all buildings I have access to?Select the object type Building. Under Advanced Search, filter on Task Type > Fire Book. How to find tasks assigned to another user?Make sure that Type is set to "All". This ensures that the table at the bottom of the page will show all cases assigned to your colleague, regardless of which object the task(s) was created on. Select the user(s) in the "Assigned to" drop-down menu. ![]() |
