A work order has 5 statuses:

  • New: A work order that lacks an assigned performer or deadline.
  • Assigned: A work order that is assigned to a performer and has a deadline.
  • In Progress: A work order that is marked as being in progress by the person assigned to it.
  • Completed: The work order is completed.
  • Rejected/Rejected: Someone has rejected the work order because it should not be performed.

NOTE: Only users with the administrator role can archive cases.

  1. In Operations and Maintenance, go to Work Orders > Overview. You can use "Advanced Search" to filter by the work order you want to archive.
  2. If you want to archive a single work order/routine, you can click on the three lines on the right and “Archive”.

If you want to archive many tasks at once, check the box next to these three lines, and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and find the “Archive” button in the bottom right corner.

All archived work orders/routines can be found in a separate tab at the top of the page, on the far right in the tab row.

From here you can also restore work orders and routines if you have made a mistake. Note that you will then have to reassign the task. If you do not remember who was assigned to the task when it was archived, you will see this in the Change log on the task.
