There are some prerequisites that must be in place before you can transfer a flat file to Tripletex.

First, you need to go to the Rental Module > Settings > Integrations, and check Enable integration with Tripletex. Then click Update area.

NOTE! You cannot use integration with Visma eAccounting and Tripletex at the same time, because both store data in the same part of our database. If you have activated the integration with eAccounting, you must deactivate it before you can activate the integration with Tripletex.

Once the area is updated, you can add a user key.

Switch to the “Invoicing” tab in settings, and click “Get products from Tripletex” to get the list of products from Tripletex.

Each tenant must be linked to a customer in Tripletex. This is done in the drop-down menu (Customer in external financial system) when editing the tenant.

For each rental object, rental surcharge and common costs, you can also specify which product this applies to in Tripletex. This is done by editing the relevant rental object and selecting the product code.

NOTE: In Tripletex, it is not required that a product code is selected, but you may want to select it for the sake of clarity. It is only required that each invoice line has either a product code or a description.

When the tenant and any product are connected to Tripletex, created invoice bases can be transferred to Tripletex (as Orders) by selecting the bases under Finance → Invoicing, and clicking on “Transfer selected to Tripletex”.

Once you have transferred the basis to Tripletex, you can log in to Tripletex (see above) and see the transferred basis under Invoice → Order overview:
