Sending orders to Operations

If you subscribe to both operations and maintenance and rental in LAFT, you can send orders for rental properties directly to operations. For example, notices about moving out and necessary maintenance.

First, find the rental property you are going to send an order for. This can be with or without a lease, and click on the rental property. You can find the rental property either via “Lease” or “Rental properties” in the main menu on the left.

Click the Rental Options button in the top right > Bookings: 

Then you will come to this page:

Here you can create a new order, see previous orders you have made for this rental object, or all orders made for the rental object. You can check if you want to receive updates on the case (when operations sets a deadline for the case, assigns it to a performer, adds comments, etc.).
If you want to automatically include information about the tenant in the order, you must first check the box to allow the order to contain sensitive information.
When you create the order, it ends up in the Inbox in the Operations and Maintenance module, where the manager or others with access handle it as a work order.
