1) Create a new unwanted event : 2) Analyze the incident: 3) Plan actions:

When creating a Risk Analysis, you must go through the following steps:

  1. Create a new unwanted event
  2. Analyze it
  3. Plan measures for an adverse event

1) Create a new unwanted event :

Here you fill in information about a new unwanted incident and click "Save".

It is possible to create an undesirable event for a building or for the entire area. Multiple risk analyses can be created for an event. Before you can perform an analysis on an event, the following fields must be filled in:

  • Risk category
  • Responsible department
  • Description of incident
  • Risk description

If one of these fields is not filled in, it will say “ Missing information “ on the Incident Details page. The red color indicates that you are missing that particular field before we can perform an analysis. In order to delete an incident, you must first delete the associated risk analyses.

2) Analyze the incident:

Once the event has been updated, you can scroll down and click “Create new analysis”. Select one or more performers, analyze the event by checking the different options in the “survey” and click “Save”. In an analysis, the probability of the event is assessed. The consequence of the event is also assessed from five consequence perspectives. The risk product is then calculated for each of these perspectives.

3) Plan actions:

Once the risk analysis has been created, you can plan actions. Scroll to the bottom of the page, select the unwanted event from the menu and click "Plan actions".

Fill in information about measures for the incident and click "Save". Here you can create measures for an analysis. What you want to write here and the layout of such measures is up to you. The idea is to be able to have an overview of measures that should be taken to reduce the risk products that were calculated in the analysis. Now the incident has been registered, analyzed and measures have been added.

Click “Risk Matrix” in the menu to see an overview. The risk matrix shows the risk analyses’ highest risk product calculated from each consequence perspective.
