Provisional budget
In this guide, we will go over how you can use the disposition budget in operations and maintenance. We will also briefly mention at the bottom how you can interact with accounts in action plans.
You will find the Provisional Budget in the side menu on the left side under Operation and Maintenance. First, you must add a new budget period. On the front page, you will see an overview of the budgets, with how many framework agreements are registered in the budget, as well as the total budget for all framework agreements.

Once you have created the period, you can click on the three lines on the right side of the selected period. Here you can change the year, and delete if desired. To continue, click on “Edit”.
You can also click “add” in the top right corner. You will then be given the opportunity to enter a supplier, the budget amount, and a description of the agreement. You can enter as many framework agreements as you want.

On each framework agreement you have created, you can click on the three lines on the right side and add costs. At the bottom of the main page, you will then be able to see the total usage of all framework agreements against the annual budget that has been set.

You can also click Manage on the three lines on the framework agreement. You will then see graphs of how much of the budget you have spent for this specific framework agreement.

The disposition budget does not currently interact with any other parts of the system. This makes this a manual job, but still a way to keep track.
Tip! One way to use the provisional budget against action plans is to create a budget in the provisional budget under which you create framework agreements. You can name these framework agreements so that they match the accounts you have in the action plans.
You can filter the account within the action plans to see how much is being spent, and enter it as a cost in the correct framework agreement.
This way you will have an overview of how much of the budget is left, or how much you are going over.
