Setup

If your municipality/organization has a license with Boligmappa and wants to integrate their area here with LAFT, you must first send the information below to support@laft.io:

  • Contact person:
  • Email:
  • Telephone:
  • Address:
  • Municipality:
  • Postal code:
  • Org. no.:

Support will then contact Boligmappa to activate the integration.

There are two different ways to upload documentation to Boligmappa and synchronize them in LAFT. This can either be done via the building's cadastral number, or via projects in Boligmappa. Once support has activated the integration, you can choose which solution you want to use:

How to synchronize documentation via cadastre

To synchronize documentation using cadastral numbers, it is crucial that there are no more properties with the same cadastral number. If this is the case, we recommend using the project solution outlined below. If there are more properties in Boligmappa that have the same cadastral number as a building in LAFT, it will be random which property the documentation is retrieved from.

To use this integration, the buildings you want to synchronize documents on in LAFT must have:

  • Farm number
  • Party number
  • Usage number
  • Municipality number.

For the buildings you want to synchronize documentation for, you must then check "Fetch new documents from the Housing Folder at night". You do this in the building editor:

Once this is done, documentation uploaded to Boligmappa will automatically be uploaded to the Document Archive for the building in LAFT. This will be saved in the folder called Boligmappa.

How to synchronize documentation via project

Create a project on a Building:

For rental properties, go to the Rental Module -> "Administration" -> "Rental properties->Overview" and select "Housing folder" in the menu on the rental property.

  1. Go to the main settings in LAFT

  2. Go to “Buildings” -> “Overview”

  3. Find the building you want to create a project on and click on Housing folder in the menu on the right:
  1. Click on New Housing Folder Project

  2. Fill in the Project name and contact information. The Project ID and Project code are automatically retrieved from the Housing Folder after it is created.

  3. After you have created the project, return to the overview and click “Edit” on the project you just created to add suppliers.

  4. You can search among all suppliers registered in Boligmappa. Existing suppliers will be displayed.

  5. Under Documents you can see the documents that suppliers have uploaded to the project in Boligmappa. This folder is also available in each building's main document archive.

If you are adding many projects with multiple suppliers to Boligmappa, they can help you add these for you. Contact us and we will show you how!

To see all your Boligmappa projects, go to Administration > Integrations > Boligmappa.
