Filling out a checklist
Checklists are used in several places in LAFT. You can fill out checklists both in the checklist module on the web or app, or attached to a work order or routine. Regardless of where you fill them out, it is done the same way. Here we will go through how.

Electronic signing of checklists: Would you like to be able to sign submitted checklists electronically? We have an integration with Assently, where you can sign either with a signature or with BankID. Contact support@laft.io for more info. |

Filling out a checklist in the checklist module
Click on fill in the side menu. Here you can first choose which checklist you should deliver, then choose which object it should be delivered to. PS: If there is a checklist with IK-Bygg questions, this will only be available on the building.

Once you have selected the object type, a drop-down menu will appear showing the objects you have access to. Select the desired object and press “Go to filling out the checklist”.
A checklist can consist of several different types of answer options to answer questions:

Select one of the options in the list.

Condition level
Here you set the condition level IU (not inspected), 1 (all ok), 2 (remark) or 3 (deviation). If your municipality/organization subscribes to IK-Bygg, a question in the checklist may be linked to a question from the Internal Control. What you fill in the checklist will then be synchronized with the internal control. This applies to both the condition level itself, as well as cost, images/attachments and comments. A question can also have condition level as an answer option without being linked to IK-Bygg, as in the example image below.

Free text line
This is one line where you can write whatever you want.

Free text field
This is a larger field where you can enter whatever you want.

Radio buttons
Radio buttons are for checking an answer option.

Number
This is a line where you can only enter numbers. Nothing will appear if you try to type text here.

Date
Here you select a date from a calendar.

Images and attachments
A question can also have several different answer options. There can also be fields for uploading images and other attachments, either related to a specific question, or as a single question in itself. When uploading, you can upload multiple images and documents at a time from the web by selecting them. If you hold down the shift button on the keyboard, you can select multiple files at a time. You can also hold down the CTRL/Command button if the files are not in order. If you are going to take pictures from a mobile phone, it will only be possible to take one picture at a time. The solution will then be to exit the Checklist, open the camera and take pictures, then open the Checklist/Browser (Checklists open in the browser) again and upload the pictures as described above.

How to deliver the checklist?
To complete a checklist, fill in the different answer options for the questions in the list. If you want to complete some of the checklist and then continue on it later, use the "Temporary Save" button located at both the top and bottom of the page. To continue on a temporarily saved checklist, click the Edit button when you are ready to continue.
When you have finished filling out a checklist, click “Submit.” The person who created the checklist may have chosen to make some of the questions mandatory, and you must answer them in order to submit.
When you click on a checklist associated with a routine, you will be given the option to complete the routine as well:

This is great to do if you don't need to do anything else after the checklist is submitted. The routine will then close when you submit the checklist, then reopen itself before the next deadline. If you complete after the deadline, you will be given the option to complete for the previous deadline, or the next deadline.
If you select Deliver, you must remember to change the status of the routine to Completed. It is a good idea to use this option if, for example, you are going to add comments, upload images, etc. to the work order/routine, after you have submitted the checklist.
