There are several ways to conduct a condition assessment of a rental object:

Via the rental module

Condition assessment can be done by anyone who has access to rental properties in the rental module. Here's how to proceed: Rental object > Options for the rental property > Condition assessment:

If you need to change the checklist used here, you can do so under Settings > Forms:

If you want to create a completely new, custom checklist template, you can do so in the Checklist Module > Manage Checklists.
If you want to create a checklist for IK-Bygg questions, click on “Internal control checklists” in the menu on the left.

Via the Ops module

If you want to assign the task/condition assessment to a contractor/other user, who can process it either on the web or their app, you can do it as a work order in the Ops module, and attach the checklist for the inspection/condition assessment to it. Then you can select Rental object under Type, and find the right rental property in the drop-down menu.

Regardless of how your organization wants to conduct the condition assessment, either via the rental module or the DV module, the further procedure is the same. When the checklists have been delivered, and discrepancies in these eventually appear that need to be taken further, we have a separate procedure for that.
